TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE

My First Class experience (“MFCE”) acts as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider. MFCE is not responsible for acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules. MFCE acts as a sales agent for the vacation wholesalers, which requires that you agree to the terms in his Agreement.

MFCE assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; or (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under MFCE's control. You hereby release MFCE from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.

Suppliers have their own terms covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and you will be bound by those terms. My work is based on personal experience and professional expertise. I research cruises, hotels, and tours to meet your specific needs. I also contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries. Be advised that My First Class Experience Travel charges a cancellation fee in the amount of $50 per booking in the event that you later decide to cancel a booking. This is a per booking charge and not per person. By submitting this form you are acknowledging that you will be charged $50 should you later decide to cancel.

MFCE has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers,, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, MFCE recommends contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225 or www.travel.state.gov. For medical information, MFCE recommends contacting the Centers for Disease Control at (877) FYI-TRIP or www.cdc.gov/travel. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). You hereby release MFCE from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by our staff constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. We also REQUIRE that you use a credit card for your purchase. MFCE requires that you agree to the following terms, and by signing this form, you signify your agreement.

Once reservations are confirmed, any modification/alterations initiated by the traveler must be received at least 24 hours in advance of said change and may be subject to additional costs. MFCE does charge a service fee of $50 for changes, per occurrence. Changes may not be possible as MFCE acts only on behalf of hotels, restaurants, train lines, boat companies, other operators, and contractors.

In the absence of negligence on MFCE's part, MFCE is not responsible for personal injury or property damage or loss arising out of the act or negligence of any hotel or other person rendering any of the services or accommodations offered herein. The traveler agrees to the foregoing, and also agrees that MFCE will not be or become liable or responsible for any loss, default, or injury of any person, company, or other legal entity engaged to supply the same. MFCE is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board of the conveyances provided by MFCE's contractors. The transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their conveyances. MFCE is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the program arranged by MFCE. MFCE shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise, in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any Act of God, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes over which it has no control. MFCE accepts no responsibility for losses or expenses due to delays or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, hotel overbooking, social and labor unrest, terrorist activities, war, quarantine, or any other causes, actions or omissions, or conditions over which it has no control.

By not receiving Travel Protection Insurance You understand that you are solely responsible for any cancellation penalties and out-of-pocket expenses incurred. You will also make your own separate travel, medical and any other provisions in the event of an emergency while you are traveling. You also understand that you are not protected from loss in the event of any travel vendor, travel supplier or any travel-related operator default. By selecting NO on your booking form you confirmed that you voluntarily decline travel insurance and travel protection insurance for your trip. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferrable. You understand that you are solely liable for all airline fees, supplier fees, and agency fees that may apply, and you hereby release My First Class Experience and its agents from any and all liability related to this trip.

Travel protection insurance does not guarantee a refund. Some vendors will issue a refund in the event of a cancellation while others may issue you a credit in the form of a future travel voucher.

BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE CURRENT TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AS THEY RELATE TO COVID-19. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL THE RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE OF COVID-19 AND THE POSSIBILITY OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES RELATED TO COVID-19 TESTING AND QUARANTINING. YOU AGREE TO NOT HOLD MY FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE, LLC, OR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS LIABLE FOR ANY ILLNESS OR INJURY AS IT RELATES TO THIS OR ANY OTHER PANDEMIC, VIRUS, OR ACTS OF GOD.

To travel is to voluntarily assume all risks related to the exposure to coronavirus and and other disaster, pandemic, or virus. By signing below you waive, release, and discharge My First Class Experience, all affiliates, and its associates from from any and all liability under any theory, whether in negligence or otherwise, for any illness or injury.

It provides some form of protection to you in the event of a cancellation, weather related interruptions, lost luggage, illness, accidents while traveling, etc. We HIGHLY recommend! It is required that all passengers who are traveling internationally have a passport in addition to other requirements that may have to be met. It is the responsibility of the traveler to make sure that you have met all of the requirements in order to enter into another country. Six Month Validity Passport Rule. As a general rule, passports should have at least six months of validity when traveling internationally. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel.

When completing this form, please make sure you are providing your information EXACTLY as it appears on your passport. If you have not received your passport, list your name the exact way that you will be doing so on the application. As soon as you receive your passport, verify that the information you provided is accurate.

My First Class Experience or its vendors cannot be held liable for any errors and omissions due to the fault of the traveler.

FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS: Provide passport issuance country IF NOT USA, passport number, and expiration date. Notify us here if any traveler has yet to receive their passport. sdfBE ADVISED that a passport is required for international travel. It is your responsibility to make sure that you notify your agent in the event that your passport returns with your name appearing differently from what you provided.
