My First Class Experience ® (“MFCE”) acts as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider. MFCE is not responsible for acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules. For this trip, MFCE acts as a sales agent for the vacation wholesalers. MFCE assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; or (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under MFCE’s control. You hereby release MFCE from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph. It takes time to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel. Our work is based on personal experience and professional expertise. I research cruises, hotels, and tours to meet your specific needs. I also contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries. Be advised that My First Class Experience® charges a cancellation fee in the amount of $50 per person in the event that you cancel your booking.
PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: By participating in a My First Class Experience® hosted trip you hereby give permission for images captured during said event through video, photo and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of My First Class Experience® promotional material and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.

MFCE is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the program arranged by MFCE. MFCE accepts no responsibility for losses or expenses due to delays or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, hotel overbooking, social and labor unrest, terrorist activities, war, quarantine, or any other causes, actions or omissions, or conditions over which it has no control. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by our staff constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. By not receiving Travel Protection Insurance You understand that you are solely responsible for any cancellation penalties and out-of-pocket expenses incurred. You will also make your own separate travel, medical and any other provisions in the event of an emergency while you are traveling. You also understand that you are not protected from loss in the event of any travel vendor, travel supplier or any travel-related operator default. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferrable. You understand that you are solely liable for all airline fees, supplier fees, and agency fees that may apply, and you hereby release My First Class Experience® and its travel professionals from any and all liability related to this trip.
